I am on an ongoing journey toward authenticity. Through my own life experiences, including navigating trauma, I’ve come to understand the many layers involved in healing and personal growth. Along the way, I’ve learned the importance of self-compassion, honouring my needs, and making choices that support a balanced and healthy life.
In October 2025, I experienced a profound shift during a breathwork session, which led me to pursue training as a Breathwork Facilitator. I’m grateful to now be able to share this work with clients as part of their own healing journey.
I believe deeply in lifelong learning. I continue to explore new approaches to therapy and regularly engage in trainings and workshops to expand my knowledge and better support those I work with. My personal and professional experiences have shaped me not only as a therapist but also as a person, partner, and parent.
Since beginning my career in Social Work in 2013, I have pursued additional certifications to support a more integrative and holistic approach to therapy.
My hope for each client is that you come to recognize your own inner strength and discover the truth that you are enough. My role is not to fix, judge, or direct you. Instead, I offer a compassionate, supportive space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. I may introduce tools, exercises, and practices to support your self-discovery, while holding space for the process to unfold naturally.
It is a privilege to witness the growth and insight that can emerge within a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. As we work together, you remain the driver of your journey, and I am there to support and guide you along the way.
When choosing a name for my practice, I spent time reflecting on my life journey and the message I needed most in my earlier years. Through both challenges and healing, I came to a powerful realization—despite everything, I am enough. That understanding didn’t come easily, but it shaped both my personal growth and the way I support others. When I considered what message I would hope every person could truly come to know for themselves, it was this: that they are enough, just as they are. From that, the name of my practice emerged.
My personal and professional experiences allow me to offer therapy that is tailored to who you are and what you need. If you’re moving through anxiety, depression, grief, loss, or life transitions, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a space that is free of judgment, where you can explore your experiences openly and at your own pace. Rather than directing or advising, I work alongside you—supporting you as you develop insight, build resilience, and find ways to move forward that feel right for you.
