My Practice

When considering a name for my practice, I spent time reflecting on my life journey and tried to discern the core message that was missing from my early life. I have had my lion's share of challenges and am fortunate in recent years to have been lovingly supported to acknowledge and work through them. It was through my own journey that I arrived at the wonderful, though sometimes painful realization, despite everything, that I AM ENOUGH. When I thought about what key message I wish every person could know, really know, it was that they were enough too. And so, the name for my practice was revealed.

My personal and professional experiences enable me to offer therapeutic approaches that best fit who you are, and your needs. If you are experiencing feelings of depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, low self-confidence; if you are grieving, experiencing loss or dealing with a life change; and, want to work with someone who will not judge you, not give you advice, but journey with you as you discover strategies to more effectively cope with these challenges, then look no further.

My Therapy approach

At You Are Enough, I work with you to develop your therapy plan based on what works best for you. I offer holistic therapy which integrates traditional psychotherapy approaches with Body-Mind-Spirit connection; Clinical Counselling Hypnotherapy; Hakomi ~ Mindfulness-based Assisted Self-Discovery; and, Energy work.

My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I aim to achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing your treatment plan.
